Stalin,Tank,Monument Remember WWII in Adjara

On the right side it says: Nobody and nothing will be forgotten. Can anybody translate the sentences by Stalin on the left ?

    Ok, this is not a perfect translation but what I can figure out from my georgian wife is:

    On the left side, Stalin says:

    Thank you my friend, Peridze, the red army tank division was inspired by your help and I convey my greetings, and my gratitude from myself and the red army.

    As far as I can make out.
